Terms Of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing any digital products from PeakSurvival store you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with these terms you may not complete your purchase. You affirm that you are either 18 years of age or have obtained parental/guardian consent to make this transaction.

2. Changes to Terms
PeakSurvival reserve the right to modify these terms at any given time. Any changes will be effective instantly upon posting. Your continued use of the store or server following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

3. User Responsibilities
Accuracy: You are responsible for providing the correct username at checkout. PeakSurvival is not liable for items delivered to the wrong account due to user error.

Conduct: Purchasing a rank or item does not exempt you from Minecraft and server rules. If you are found guilty of breaking any rules you will not be entitled to a refund.

4. Payment Terms
Automation: All transactions are processed automatically via Stripe and CraftingStore. Goods are typically delivered in-game within 5 to 15 minutes.

Final Sale: All purchases are final. If you make a purchase and wish for a refund we will not issue a refund.

Chargebacks: Making a dispute or chargeback with Stripe/Bank will result in a permanent ban from PeakSurvival server, store, and Discord.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
"As-Is' Basis: All items are provided "as-is." We do not guarantee that the server will be online 24/7 or specific features will remain unchanged forever.

Liability: In no event should PeakSurvival be liable for any damage arising out of the use or inability to use the purchased items.

6. Dispute Resolution
If you ever encounter an issue with your purchase (such as the item not arriving after 24 hours), you agree to contact our staff via our Discord or email before involving a third-party payment processor. We are committed to resolving any delivery issue quickly. You can find all contact information via the Impressum page on our homescreen.
